Since Hunter's Instinct counts as an Enforcer trait (red perk), it's a good idea to spec into the Enforcer combat specialty while using this perk. The increased movement speed and HP regeneration after a kill help promote the run-and-gun playstyle that Hunter's Instinct enables.
