The first step in anointing an amulet with Storm Charge is collecting Distilled Mood, a rare crafting item used to apply specific passive skills. You can obtain Distilled Mood in one of POE2 Currency two ways:

Random Drops: Distilled Mood can drop from Delirium enemies in the Ultimate Delirium map, which makes it a rare item tied to high-level, endgame content. If you’re running Delirium maps, you might get lucky and find the Distilled Mood from one of these enemies.

Currency Exchange: If you prefer a more reliable option, you can purchase Distilled Mood from Alva in your Hideout’s Currency Exchange. Be cautious, as Monsters in maps accessed with an Infused Waystone will not drop Distilled Mood, so you won’t be able to obtain it in every area of the game.

You will need to have an amulet available that you want to infuse with Storm Charge. This amulet should already be in your inventory and ready for the infusion process.

Infuse the Amulet with Storm Charge
To infuse the Storm Charge passive onto your amulet, follow these steps:

Open the Infuse Window: Right-click on any Distilled Mood item in your inventory. This will open the Infuse window, where you can start the process of POE 2 Currency applying the passive skill to the amulet.
