Fugitive Heads

Fugitive Heads are a rare drop, especially early in Diablo 4 Items the season. You won't see them often, but their spawn rate increases with higher Torment levels. To improve your chances of encountering Fugitive Heads, you can craft and use a Draught of Whispers, which boosts the likelihood of finding these heads by 50%. Additionally, Draughts double the chances of discovering Forgotten Altars and Lost Altars, both of which increase your opportunities for finding Fugitive Heads.

Once you've obtained a Fugitive Head, you can turn it in to Gelena, located near the Tree of Whispers, in exchange for Occultist Gems. These gems are essential for upgrading your character's power.

Silent Chests

Another feature you'll encounter in Headhunts is Silent Chests. These chests are not randomly placed and have fixed locations in each Headhunt zone. To open them, you'll need to purchase a Whispering Key from the Purveyor of Curiosities, a merchant found in most towns.

Silent Chests contain important rewards, including Whispering Wood Sigils, which are needed to access Rootholds. Rootholds are special dungeon-like areas, similar to Nightmare Dungeons, and offer additional challenges and rewards. Make sure to search for these chests whenever you're in a Headhunt zone.
